ALL ORDERS POLICY
- LuxLook reserves the right to notify customer anything related to their order via Whatsapp under the Payment contact or Shipping contact provided
- All delivery of orders will be subjected to courier service's operation schedule
- All Preorder will take 2-3 weeks to arrive*
- In the event of unforeseen delay from production or shipment arrival, LuxLook reserves the right to change the estimated delivery date without prior notice
- If you place multiple orders under the same account and shipping details, LuxLook reserves the right to combine the orders into a single parcel without prior notice. Please contact us immediately if you wish to have it shipped separated.
*LuxLook reserves the right to extend the waiting period without prior notice if any unforeseen circumstances were to take place
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
There will be no exchange or refund on any purchase made.
Return or exchange can only be done if there is any major defect of products or a wrong order has been delivered. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
All refunds will be given in terms of equivalent LUXLOOK Shopping Credit.
We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their store credit refund after 3 working days after the confirmation.
*Any exchange or refund request must be made within 3 days from the date your tracking number shows that the order has been delivered. If your request is raised after 3 days, LUXLOOK reserves the right to reject the exchange or refund request.
*For SAME DAY DELIVERY order, any exchange or refund request must be made on the same day or it will not be accepted.
Defect Item
- 1 to 1 exchange of the same item you have purchased
- You may also opt for a refund in store credit of the EQUIVALENT amount
- If the defect is found to be a minor stain removable by wash, we will refund partially* in terms of store credit and you get to keep the item
- Item has to be unwashed and unworn to be eligible for exchange or refund
*Amount of store credit to be refunded will vary in each situation
